This parcel owned by the Borough of Braddock is being considered for a new public park. The site used to be a park but it deteriorated over time.

Project Timeline
- December 2025 - First public site co-design meeting
- April 2026 - Second public site co-design meeting, initial design plan presented
- April - May 2026 - Input period for initial design plans
- July 2026 - Final design goes to council for approval
- Aug - Dec 2026 - Additional fundraising; Bid phase 1 of project to general contractors
- 2027 - Additional fundraising; Phase 1 site construction (pending funding)
